Shorter course, more time trialing, less breakaway stages. Will we see a triple grand tour winner this year in the likes of Pogačar or Vingegaard? Could very well be given that UAE have hinted at it.

It's likely that at least two of the four big names will show up. With the likes of Pogačar and Vingegaard being the likeliest. Roglič will definitely want to save himself for the Tour de France after switching teams and Evenepoel has stated he'll be doing the Tour de France - despite the organizing body of the Giro d'Italia - the RCS providing an time trialing heavy course for him.
Given the high time trialing miles (albeit non-technical miles) the like of Geraint Thomas or Mattias Skjelmose may do well.
Pro Cycling Bets
A decent number of sprinters should show up as well - given the six sprint stages, and the lack of death defying mountain climbing stages prior to them. Will Mark Cavendish risk crashing prior to the Tour to collect some points? Unlikely in our opinion.
